How To Connect EasyWorship To vMix
Installing vMix:
First, download the vmix full version. This software includes all the essentials you need to start streaming. Once downloaded, follow the installation instructions and launch vMix from your desktop or start menu.
Integrating EasyWorship with vMix:
If you’re using EasyWorship presentation software along with a video camera and capture card or a webcam, you can enhance your live stream. EasyWorship allows you to overlay lower thirds text and integrate media or presentation slides into your stream.
Creating a Video Feed in EasyWorship:
- Open EasyWorship.
- Navigate to the Media tab and select Feeds.
- Click the plus sign to add a new feed.
- Name your feed and select your camera as the input device from the dropdown menu. You should see a preview on the left.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
Creating a Lower Third Text Theme:
- In EasyWorship, under the Media tab, find the feed you created and right-click it.
- Choose ‘Copy to Theme’ and select ‘Song Theme’ (you can also choose Scripture or Presentation).
- Go to the Themes tab, right-click the new theme, and select ‘Edit Song Theme’.
- Adjust the text box to appear in the lower third of the slide and click OK.

- Add a song to your schedule in EasyWorship.
- Drag and drop the theme onto the song in the schedule.
- To apply this theme to all songs, right-click the theme and set it as your default song theme.

- In vMix, click ‘Add Input’ and select ‘NDI/Desktop Capture’.

Live Streaming Setup in vMix:
- For Facebook: In vMix, adjust the streaming settings by selecting Facebook as your destination or use a custom RTMP server. Enter the URL and Stream Key provided by Facebook.
- For YouTube: Similar to Facebook, select YouTube as your destination or use a custom RTMP server. Enter the necessary URL and Stream Key from YouTube.
